luke For those also looking for a fit-for-snow ❄️ program: Mega leg blaster: 20 x squats 20 x forward lunges (10 each side) 20 x jump lunges (10 each side) 10 x jump squats Do everything fast. Mini leg blaster: 10 x squats 10 x forward lunges (5 each side) 10 x jump lunges (5 each side) 5 x jump squats Week 1: 1 set mega blaster followed by 7 x mini blasters. 30 seconds rest between sets Week 2: 2 sets mega blasters followed by 5 x mini blasters. 30s rest between sets ...keep jacking it up until you get to 5 full mega blasters. We did 4 this morning and legs were 🔥
